How can I book your cleaning services?
Cleaning services can be booked via email, phone or whatsapp.

How much will I pay?
Prices vary depending on the cleaning service you require. Please, contact us for a bespoke quote.

What kind of payment methods are available?
We accept BACS, Paypal, credit card & debit card payments.

Can I have an evening clean or weekend clean?
Yes! We are available 24/7 and all of our cleaners are fully flexible. Please, note that a supplement hourly charge will be added for cleans after 6pm or at weekends.

How many hours do I need?
It depends on the size of your home, the numbers of rooms requiring cleaning, plus the depth of cleaning that you require.

What area do you cover in the city?
We cover the whole Liverpool area.

Will I have to be at home?
No, you won’t have to be at home as our cleaners are more than happy to hold your house/office keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign. Management will arrange key pick up and drop off with you if you are going to be out.

What about my pets?
Our staff are happy to work around well behaved pets, however to ensure our high standards and quality, we would ask that dogs and cats are kept in another room as we clean.

What about Coronavirus?
We understand that many of our customers are working from home during the pandemic, so if you are present whilst we’re cleaning, rest assured that our staff are fully compliant and considerate; using face masks, disinfectant and gloves throughout.

What kind of cleaning products, tools and equipments do you use?
Captain Cleaning Liverpool pride ourselves on delivering the best cleaning experience for our customers. We use state-of-the-art professional cleaning equipment and non-corrosive environmentally friendly cleaning prodcuts. We continually research emerging technologies and new products to maintain our high standards.

Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, Captain Cleaning Liverpool has a minimum £1,000,000 public liability insurance policy. There is an excess on the policy. To keep costs reasonable, the excess is £100 per claim.

Do I have to supply cleaning materials?
We understand that people have their own preferences on the cleaning products used in their own homes. Therefore we require our domestic-clean customers to provide their own cleaning materials. For all other cleaning services we will provide our own cleaning materials. If you are not able to provide your own cleaning materials, please let us know and we will provide a more bespoke quote for you.

What is not included?
As mentioned we do not provide cleaning materials for domestic cleaning service. Gardening is not included in the price, however if you wish to add that, please make sure you add it to your quote.

Is there any discount available?
Discounted rates are available for regular partners with a contract. If you wish to discuss it further, please feel free to contact us.

How far in advance should I book a cleaning service?
We recommend you to book our cleaning service minimum 3 days in advance, however we do offer last minute bookings as well, subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as far in advance as possible. If we can’t gain access to your home or office, or if we have no notice (or less than 24 hours), we will charge you the full price. For cancellations between 24 and 48 hours notice, we will charge up to half of the fee. Any other cancellations will be handled free of charge.

Is your work guaranteed?
Absolutely! In the unlikely event you are not absolutely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will either re-perform that service or we may provide you with a full or partial refund.
